Dakota Dunes is owned and developed by MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company (MEC).
MidAmerican is one of the largest utility holding companies in the U.S., headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.
EXPERTLY PLANNED
The Dakota Dunes community was planned by Edward D. Stone and Associates, an internationally recognized architectural and planning firm.
Of the 2,000 acres included in the development, approximately 550 acres have been reserved for office, light industrial and retail facilities.
