Effective January 1, 2003, Dakota Dunes Community Improvement District (CID) will assume security services at Dakota Dunes. Security services will continue as it has in the past. Security staff is on duty two shifts, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. A third shift is added on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The contact number for the security staff is (712) 253-3102 (during the above hours). During regular office hours, please contact the CID office at 232-4211.
If you will be out of town and wish to have your home watched more closely, you may contact the CID office at 232-4211. You may also e-mail the information. Please include your name, address, the dates you will be gone, note if there will be lights left on and how many, note also if someone will be checking the house with their name and phone number, and if available leave a phone number to reach you for emergencies.
