CORPS OF ENGINEERS CURRENT AND FORECAST INFORMATION

Corps of Engineers Web site that will allow you to see current and forecast information for mountain snow pack, releases from Gavins Point, and flow information. Click on Mountain Snow Pack Graphic to see how current snow pack compares to 30 year average. Click on Missouri River Flows to see past, current, and projected releases from Gavins Point (GAPF) and flows past Sioux City (SUXF) this would include water coming from Gavins Point plus the James, Vermillion, and Big Sioux Rivers. Click on Main Stem Regulation Forecast Three Week (Graphic) for the Corps' three week projection of inflows and outflows from each dam and the corresponding elevation. The Main Stem Reservoir and Release Forecast Monthly Study tab shows longer term projection and is updated after the first of each month.
